1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and RS177 ("RS177", "we", "us", "the platform"). By accessing the RS177 website at rs177.onl, downloading the RS177 Android application, registering an account or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

These Terms apply to all sections of the RS177 platform, including sports betting, live casino, slots, fish games, deposits, withdrawals and bonus participation. 2 Eligibility & Age Verification

The RS177 platform is intended for adults only. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit or participate in any game or betting activity on RS177. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

You must be accessing the platform from a location where online gaming is permitted under the laws applicable to you. It is entirely your responsibility to ensure that your use of RS177 complies with any laws that apply to you in your location. RS177 does not make any representations regarding the legality of online gaming in any specific jurisdiction.

RS177 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage to confirm your age and identity. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the timeframe requested may result in account suspension and the withholding of withdrawals until verification is complete.

3 Account Registration & Security

Each player is permitted to hold one single RS177 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same payment method or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and any balances forfeited.

When you register an RS177 account, you agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. This includes your name, date of birth, contact details and payment information. Providing false or misleading information at registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your RS177 login credentials (username and password).
• You must not share your account details with any other person or allow anyone else to access your account.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed by someone else without your authorisation, you must notify RS177 support immediately.
• RS177 is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to secure your login details.

RS177 reserves the right to close, suspend or limit any account at its sole discretion where it believes these Terms have been breached, where fraudulent activity is suspected or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform or other players.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & PKR Transactions

All transactions on RS177 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). RS177 supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer and mobile wallets. You must only use payment methods that are registered in your own name. Using a payment method belonging to another person is a breach of these Terms.

Deposits

• Deposits are generally credited to your RS177 balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply and are displayed at the point of deposit.
• RS177 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges — these are outside RS177's control.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once they have been credited to your RS177 account and converted into game play.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. RS177 does not send withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Before your first withdrawal, RS177 may request identity verification. This is a standard process to protect players and the platform.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated on the Deposit page. VIP account holders receive priority processing.
• RS177 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal where fraud, bonus abuse or a breach of these Terms is suspected.
• Any bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & VIP Programme

RS177 offers bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players from time to time, including welcome deposit bonuses, PSL season promotions and VIP programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out below.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before it can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated on the specific bonus offer page.
• One Bonus at a Time: You may only hold one active bonus at a time unless a specific promotion states otherwise. Claiming a new bonus while a previous bonus is still active may result in the earlier bonus being forfeited.
• Game Contributions: Different games contribute different percentages towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while certain live casino games may contribute a lower percentage. Check the specific bonus terms for contribution rates.
• Abuse Prevention: RS177 monitors bonus usage closely. Patterns of play that appear designed to exploit bonuses rather than engage normally with the platform — such as low-risk, high-volume bets placed specifically to clear wagering requirements — may be deemed bonus abuse. In such cases, RS177 reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings.
• VIP Programme: Participation in the RS177 VIP programme is subject to the specific VIP terms detailed on the VIP page. VIP status and associated benefits are managed at RS177's discretion.

6 Sports Betting Rules

RS177's sports betting section covers cricket — including PSL, T20 internationals and other international fixtures — as well as football, esports and other selected sports. All bets placed on RS177 are subject to the following rules.

• All odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• Bets placed on events that have already started (other than designated live in-play markets) will be voided and the stake returned.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement or cancellation, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that sport. For cricket, if a match is abandoned before a result is possible, bets are generally voided and stakes returned.
• RS177 reserves the right to void any bet where an obvious pricing error has occurred. This includes situations where odds were published incorrectly due to a technical error.
• Live in-play betting is available on selected cricket and football markets. Live odds update in real time and there may be brief delays between an on-field event and the update of live odds. Bets placed on in-play markets are final once accepted.
• Maximum bet limits apply on all markets. These are set at RS177's discretion and may vary by event, market type and player account.
• RS177 reserves the right to limit or restrict betting on any market, event or for any individual account at its sole discretion.

7 Casino, Slots & Fish Games

RS177 offers a games section that includes slots, fish games and live casino tables with real dealers. All games on the RS177 platform are operated using certified random number generation (RNG) technology, ensuring that game outcomes are random and cannot be manipulated by the player, by RS177 or by any third party.

• The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot game is set by the game provider and is displayed within the game information panel.
• Fish game outcomes are governed by the game engine rules specific to each title. Multiplayer fish game rooms operate with shared prize pools as described within each game.
• Live casino games are streamed in real time from professional studios. All dealer actions and game outcomes are final once confirmed by the dealer. Technical disconnections during a live game do not void the round — the outcome will be recorded and settled normally.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during any game, RS177 will investigate and settle the round based on available game data. Bets placed during a confirmed malfunction may be voided at RS177's discretion.
• RS177 does not guarantee that all games will be available at all times. Scheduled maintenance or third-party provider issues may temporarily restrict access to certain games.

8 Prohibited Conduct

RS177 maintains a safe and fair environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and a permanent ban from the platform:

• Creating multiple accounts (duplicate accounts) on RS177.
• Using software, bots, scripts or any automated tools to interact with the RS177 platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities in RS177's games or betting systems.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or any other format where collusion provides an unfair advantage.
• Using the RS177 platform for any money laundering activity or for any activity connected to the proceeds of crime.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back or otherwise dispute legitimate transactions made on the platform.
• Harassing, abusing or threatening RS177 support staff or other players.
• Any attempt to manipulate the outcome of a sporting event on which a bet is placed ("match fixing"). RS177 cooperates with relevant authorities in relation to any suspected match fixing activity.

9 Responsible Gaming

RS177 is committed to providing a safe gaming environment and strongly encourages responsible play. Online gaming is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment for adults. It should never be used as a means to generate income, recover financial losses or escape from personal problems.

• Set a clear personal budget before each gaming session and do not exceed it regardless of how the session goes.

• Do not chase losses. If a session has not gone well, accept the result and stop. Chasing losses typically leads to larger losses.

10 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, publish, transmit or create derivative works from any RS177 content without the express written permission of RS177. Scraping, data mining or automated extraction of content from the RS177 platform is strictly prohibited.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

By registering and using RS177, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 12 Limitation of Liability

RS177 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While RS177 makes every reasonable effort to ensure that the platform is available, accurate and functioning correctly at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

• RS177 is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform.
• RS177 is not responsible for any losses caused by a third-party payment provider, network outage, device failure or internet connectivity issue on your end.
• In any event, RS177's maximum liability to you in respect of any single incident shall not exceed the amount of your real-money balance held in your RS177 account at the time of the incident.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13 Changes to These Terms

RS177 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon publication on this page, and the "Last Updated" date will be revised accordingly. It is your responsibility to check this page regularly to stay informed of any updates.

If RS177 makes material changes to these Terms, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via their account email address or through an on-platform notification.
